Attention to all users!

We have noticed that the Mozilla Firefox latest version (3.5.3) is not working well with KISS. We have also received reports that Opera is not stable as well. For users who are facing above mentioned, please download the old firefox from here, uninstall the firefox latest and replace with the older version. After doing so, please make sure the auto-update feature.

Step to disable firefox automatic update feature is as follows; Firefox Tools Option Advanced Update Tab

We have discovered a solution for users to use KISS with Internet Explorer (IE). So far we have tested this with IE + XP as well as IE + Windows 7. Hence we concluded this to be an acceptable solution.

To use this solution, perform following steps:-

• Install Java Jinitiator as usual.
• Download new Java Virtual Machine jvm.dll here
• Transfer the new jvm.dll you downloaded into jinitiator folder. Usually this will be the "C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.22\bin\hotspot" in your computer.
• You are ready to use KISS on IE now!
